Born in Naples, Italy, Toni and his family are from a long background of bread making. His grandfather owned a local bakery in Naples for over 60 years. Toni fell in love with baking at a young age. Later, he decided to further his cooking skills to pizza. Toni is a graduate of culinary school in Naples with a degree as a professional VPN certified pizzaiolo from Naples. His love of pizza shows in every pie.
Toni always wonders why with 70,000 pizzerias in the United States, Neapolitan pizza is still such a new phenomenon. Naples has been serving pizza for over 135 years.
